This beautiful apartment with separate entrance is located on the ground floor of a well-kept house in the district Dorn, in the municipality of Waldkirchen. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The quiet location at the edge of the forest offers ideal conditions for an active holiday surrounded by nature. The apartment has a bathtub, which can be used for a fee (5.00 Euro per use). From the large terrace you can enjoy the view of the 1166 metre-high Haidl mountain that the "Salzsäumer" (salt-sumpters/traders) had to conquer with their pack animals on their journey from Passau to Prachatitz. The versatile leisure activities leave nothing to be desired in both summer and winter. Hike in the footsteps of the "Salzsäumer" (salt sumpters) or explore the wild and romantic Saußbachklamm. In Waldkirchen you will find a wide range of hiking trails with varying lengths. In the winter there are three lifts and a toboggan run at your disposal. There are also excursion destinations in the area: Krumau, Prague, Passau, Steinwelten Hauzenberg, Pullman City, Dreisessel (National Park), Waldkirchen water park, treetop path. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, deren Benutzung gegen Gebühr (5,00 Euro pro Nutzung) möglich ist. Von der großen Terrasse bietet sich der direkte Blick auf den 1166 Meter hohen Haidl, den die Salzsäumer auf ihrem Weg von Passau nach Prachatitz mit ihren Lasttieren überwinden mußten. Die vielfältige Freizeitgestaltung lässt im Sommer wie auch im Winter keine Wünsche offen. Wandern Sie auf den Spuren der „Salzsäumer“, oder erkunden Sie die wildromantische Saußbachklamm. Sie finden in Waldkirchen Wanderwege zu vielen Themen und in verschiedenen Längen. Im Winter stehen Ihnen drei Lifte und eine Rodelbahn zur Verfügung. Aber auch Ausflugsziele in die Umgebung bieten sich an: Krumau, Prag, Passau, Steinwelten Hauzenberg, Pullman City, Dreisessel (Nationalpark), Badepark Waldkirchen, Baumwipfelpfad. De accommodatie is zeer geschikt voor een vakantie met het hele gezin. Vanaf je eigen terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Deze locatie is zowel voor in de winter als voor in de zomer perfect. Je kunt mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken in de omgeving. In de winter zijn er verschillende skiliften en een rodelbaan in de buurt. Ook uitstapjes naar de omliggende landen zijn mogelijk. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld een dagje naar Praag in Tsjechië of naar verschillende steden in Oostenrijk. Daarnaast vind je op 500 m van het huis een tennisbaan, golfbaan en een manège.
