This large first floor apartment is located a few steps from the historic center of Saludecio. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a beautiful new bathroom. On the ground floor there is a common terrace, an ideal place for sunbathing, reading a book or eating and socializing until late enjoying a good glass of wine from the local vineyards. This swimming pool has a magnificent view of the green hills and the sea. Saludecio is a small village in the Romagna hills where time seems to stand still. A peculiarity of this village are the murals that can be found on many facades. From Saludecio it is possible to make many excursions, it is not far from the sea (Cattolica, Riccione and Rimini) and from San Marino and Urbino. The house is located a few minutes from Mondaino and Montegridolfo which are interesting medieval villages with Malatesta castles .

Diese geräumige Ferienwohnung in der ersten Etage befindet sich wenige Fußminuten von der Altstadt von Saludecio entfernt. Sie besteht aus zwei großen Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem schönen neuen Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse, ein idealer Ort, um sich zu sonnen, ein Buch zu lesen oder gemütlich bis spät zu reden, und dabei ein leckeres Glas Wein von den lokalen Weinbergen zu trinken. Saludecio ist ein Dorf in den Hügeln von Romagna, wo die Zeit stillzustehen scheint. Sehr auffällig in diesem Dorf sind die Wandmalereien, mit denen viele Fassaden geschmückt werden. Von Saludecio aus kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen, es liegt nur 15 km vom Meer entfernt und auch San Marino und Urbino sind nicht weit. Das Haus liegt in kurzer Entfernung zu Mondaino und Montegridolfo, zwei kleine Dörfern, genau wie Saludecio mit einer Altstadt, aber doch wieder ganz anders.

Al piano terra c'è una terrazza comune, un luogo ideale per prendere il sole, leggere un libro o mangiare e socializzare fino a tardi gustando un buon bicchiere di vino dai vigneti locali. Saludecio è un paesino nelle colline romagnole dove il tempo si sembra fermata. Una particolarità di questo paesino sono i murales che si trovano su moltissime facciate. Da Saludecio è possibile fare tantissime escursioni, è poco distante dal mare (Cattolica, Riccione e Rimini) e da San Marino ed Urbino. La casa si trova a pochi minuti da Mondaino e Montegridolfo che sono interessanti borghi medievali con castelli Malatestiani.
