The city of korcula is within 30 minuts of driving distance. There is a special gulf stream in this area of the island that provides a warmer water, even warmer than on the south coast or anywhere else on the island , by 3 or 4 degrees all year long. In the summer time the weather is very sunny, mediteranean type , with very little rain. Around 30/33 degrees in july and august , but it is always nice as the sea brings a little sea wind that cools up the air. The water is around 26 to 28 degrees all summer long.
