Beautiful house for 7 people located in Capdepera, with a private chlorine pool and mountain views. If someone thought that it was not possible to enjoy a nice swim in a beautiful pool within a village house, this fantastic house proves to be just the contrary. Its exterior, with an extraordinary stylish design, combine little corners precious for our guests. For example, the fabulous porch, ideal for a drink on the sofa after a delicious family barbecue; or the terrace with 4 sun loungers, where you can listen to some music maybe enjoying the sun warmth. Nevertheless, the main character is the 4 x 2 metres pool with a depth ranging from 1.45 to 1.50 metres. The house inside is decorated in a traditional-modern way and it has 2 floors. On the main floor, you can relax at the great living room which features a fireplace and satellite TV; or maybe in any of the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. One of the last two bedrooms offers air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. Another shower bathroom, a great dining room and the kitchen with a ceramic hob complete this floor. Welcome to this extraordinary and elegant country house with swimming pool, located in Capdepera. It can adequately accommodate 10 people. The villa, with fantastic exteriors, has a great garden and a superb chlorine swimming pool. The long shape of the pool invites to cool off while swimming. It sizes 13 m x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.8 m. The green and large garden is perfect not only for sunbathing on the four sun loungers, but also to play with your children if they travel with you. Next to the swimming pool, as well as on the porch, you can enjoy a delightful barbecue during the day or in the evening. The house is divided in two buildings: the main house, which has two floors. It is decorated in a modern but simple. The other building is a small annexed little house. Both of them have diesel oil central heating in case you want to stay at any time during the year. When you enter the main house, you will find a beautiful living room. It is open to the dining room and the kitchen. It has a very relaxing combination of colours, that will for sure make you enjoy chatting with your relatives while you watch the satellite-TV or cooking at the incomparable induction kitchen. In this same space you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms with two single beds, a wardrobe, satellite-tv and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor together with a toilet. The other two bedrooms with a shower en-suit bathroom are on the first floor. It is very close to the sea, only 2.3 km away from Cala Agulla. The garden is, no doubt, the main character of this great finca. The green lawn and the mountain views will make you enjoy your deserved moments of rest, surrounded by nature and joy, specially if you travel with your little ones who will play and run creating unforgettable family moments. Behind this great extension of lawn and trees you reach to see the beautiful marine landscape that you can admire from the porch while enjoying a succulent barbecue. After the delicious meal, the 8 x 4 metres chlorine private pool with a 1 to 2 metres water depth invites to take a cool dip or to bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers around. The property is fenced and it features 7000 m2 with orange trees so that you can enjoy a true orange juice. There are some neighbours in the area although they won't disturb you. This finca offers two independent buildings, one in front of the other.
