AMAZING views City Centre Apartment. This apartment is located in the coveted area of Sir John Rogerson's Quay in Dublin central business and entertainment district, Grand Canal Dock. The apartment comes with 2 double bedrooms apartment (1 bedroom en-suite). The living room is glass-walled giving its bright and spacious feel. The view that you will have in this room is amazing, be it during the dawn or dusk. You will also get to see the spectacular lighting of the Samuel Beckett Bridge and Dublin Convention Center at night. The living room and rooms are equipped with Bang & Olufsen TV, radio, disc players and speakers. The kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, dishwasher, hob and other mod cons. A laundry room is also available. Guest Access: The entire apartment Interaction with Guests: Most of the time, guests will be welcomed by my friend, Azmir, due to my working hour. I reply to inquiries etc as soon as possible through email. Information about arrangement for key-drop off will be given closer to the date of guest's arrival through email. I won't be present during the guest's stay at the listing however I will answer messages about any issues in the apartment through text or email. The Neighbourhood Urban, chic, modern and central. This area is the entertainment and 'hip' modern area in Dublin. It was constructed during the boom years in Ireland and the urban, chic and funky feel about the area is amazing. Walking distance from everything central, entertainment and all the major businesses in Dublin: Three Arena, Bord Gais Energy Theater, The Convention Center, Guugle HQ, AirbnbHQ, Facebuuk are mins away. There are many restaurants, cafes and Bars in the area, including the most recent Marker Rooftop Bar, which is only around the corner. If you are looking for a central urban place to stay, this is it. Getting around From the Airport: 1. You can get a cab which will get you to the apartment in 30 minutes (depending on the traffic). 2. Bus 747 (Airlink) - ask the bus driver to drop you in front of Dublin Convention Center and then cross the bridge To explore Dublin: 1. A bus stop (for Dublin Bus) is available in front of the apartment building. Bus number: 15A/15B (will get you into the city center) 2. A tram stop (LUAS) is 5 minutes walk away across the bridge which will take you straight into the city center. Cross the bridge and walk towards Commerzbank building, turn left and you should be able to find NCI/Mayor Square LUAS stop. 3. Using Hailo app, you can get a cab easily. 4. Walk. Burn some calories and you get to see nice views along Liffey River. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes to walk into the city center. 5. Dublin bike. There's a nearby dock station. Please refer to Dublin Bike website for more details. Parking: 1. Parking space is available at the basement floor of the apartment. It is only available for resident only, advance notice is needed so arrangement can be made with the building security and for the gate clicker. 2. There are Pay & Display (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) parking spots in front of the apartment building. Other Things to Note Two sets of key (each set: 1 access card to the building and 1 key for apartment door) will be given. Please leave 1 set of key in the plastic bag and put it in the letter box for Apt 64 (located at the entrance of the building, ground floor). Leave the other set on the table. Loss of key(s) or card(s) will cost €50 each.
