Welcome to this beautiful town house with private pool and room for 6 people. It is located in the centre of sa Pobla. The terrace of this great two-storey house is no doubt the favourite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high stone walls, that surround the amazing pool, transforms the space in a real paradise, in a magazine image, within town. The chlorine pool sizes 6.5 x 3.35 metres and it has a water depth of 1.53 metres. Around the pool you will find the exterior shower, 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy an interesting reading and a great exterior table with chairs for your barbecues and long evenings. The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. It features an open-plan main floor, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen harmoniously share the same air-conditioned space. This area provides a comfortable setting to unwind, watch satellite TV, and relax after savoring an appetizer and a delightful meal prepared on the induction cooktop. Continuing through the house, you'll discover three bedrooms, each equipped with a closet and air conditioning. One bedroom, with twin beds, is conveniently located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are situated upstairs—one with a double bed and a terrace, and the other with twin beds. For those traveling with a baby, we are pleased to provide a baby cot and a high chair. Additionally, there are two bathrooms in the house, each featuring a shower, with one on each level. To complement the amenities, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are conveniently placed on the terrace. Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
