Une vieille bâtisse entièrement restaurée en 2021 avec beaucoup de goût et raffinement. Au rez de chaussée le living/salle à manger sont très confortables avec la cheminée et les baies vitrée qui s'ouvrent sur un très grand gazon qui vous emmène à la mer qui se trouve à 250 mètres. Dans le vestiaire se trouve la machine à laver cachée. Deux des 3 chambres aux premier étage ont des velux qui laissent passer toute la lumière.
