Ces appartements de 45 m2 sont également disponibles en variante avec grande terrasse de 50 m2 (IT-22020-25). Un long escalier en pierre naturelle dessert tous les appartements et vous conduit à la pelouse sur les bords du lac. (Le lieu convient donc difficilement aux personnes à mobilité réduite). Dall'ingresso principale, dove si trova anche il parcheggio, bisogna scendere alcune scalinate per raggiungere gli appartamenti situati più in alto e l'ascensore panoramico, con il quale si può scendere fino alla riva del lago, dove si trova la piscina con pool bar, il campo da tennis in erba sintetica ed un ampio giardino comune. Il residence non è consigliato per persone con difficoltà motorie, in quanto l'ascensore non raggiunge tutti i livelli del residence, ma solo alcuni. Gli appartamenti sono arredati in modo semplice e funzionale e sono dotati di due divani letto nel soggiorno e di due camere da letto.
