Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away. The centrally heated apartment has a kitchen to cook healthy breakfasts and lavish dinners. Vom Haupteingang, wo es auch Parkplätze, müssen Sie gehen eine Treppe zu den Wohnungen höher liegt und auf die Panorama-Aufzug, mit dem Sie bis zum Ufer des Sees, wo es einen Pool holen mit Pool-Bar, den Tennisplätzen mit Kunstrasen und einem großen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Residenz ist nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung zu empfehlen, da der Aufzug erreicht nicht alle Ebenen der Residenz, aber nur wenige. Ces appartements de 45 m2 sont également disponibles en variante avec grande terrasse de 50 m2 (IT-22020-25). Un long escalier en pierre naturelle dessert tous les appartements et vous conduit à la pelouse sur les bords du lac. (Le lieu convient donc difficilement aux personnes à mobilité réduite). Dall'ingresso principale, dove si trova anche il parcheggio, bisogna scendere alcune scalinate per raggiungere gli appartamenti situati più in alto e l'ascensore panoramico, con il quale si può scendere fino alla riva del lago, dove si trova la piscina con pool bar, il campo da tennis in erba sintetica ed un ampio giardino comune. Il residence non è consigliato per persone con difficoltà motorie, in quanto l'ascensore non raggiunge tutti i livelli del residence, ma solo alcuni. Gli appartamenti sono arredati in modo semplice e funzionale e dispongono di un ampio terrazzo (50 m2) attrezzato, con bellissima vista panoramica sul lago. Lavatrice in comune. Er is een gezamenlijk zwembad, een apart kinderbadje en een tennisbaan. Bellagio wordt ook wel de Parel van het Comomeer genoemd, en het is inderdaad een charmant dorpje met vooral een spectaculaire ligging. Hier vandaan kun je een boottocht over het meer maken met een van de ferry's die de kustplaatsjes met elkaar verbinden. Het stadje Como (13 km) is zeker de moeite waard om een middagje rond te slenteren. Voor de nodige boodschappen kun je terecht in Pognana Lario (500 m). De appartementen zijn door een lange natuurstenen trap verbonden met het grasveld aan het meer. Er is een lift, maar die stopt niet op elke verdieping.
