Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Privatsphäre. Sie haben eine schöne Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln, hier genießen Sie jeden Tag die herrliche Aussicht. Auch am Abend ist es wunderbar, mit einem Glas Wein aus der Ardèche und einer auf dem Grill bereiteten Mahlzeit zu entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst modern, aber es ist dem Besitzer gelungen, die authentische Atmosphäre dennoch beizubehalten. Dieses wunderschöne, kürzlich renovierte (2011) Ferienhaus haben wir für den echten Naturfreund ausgewählt. Immer wieder werden Sie überrascht sein von dem atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende bewaldete Berglandschaft. Es gibt einen schönen, beheizten Pool mit römischer Treppe und Außendusche und rund um das Haus ist ein schöner großer Garten. Möchten Sie das beheizte Schwimmbad benutzen? lassen Sie dies dem Hausbesitzer bekannt sein (zusätzliche Heizkosten, € 0,15 pro kW). Nur einen Kilometer entfernt ist das Dorf Burzet. Unternehmen Sie auch einmal eine Tour mit dem Auto. Hier sind ein paar Tipps: Mont Gerbier de Jonc (20 km). Dies ist eine hohe Ansammlung von Felsen mit einer Höhe von über 1500 Metern. Même en soirée, il fait bon s'y détendre avec un bon verre de vin d'Ardèche, et profiter du repas préparé sur le barbecue. La décoration est très moderne, mais le propriétaire a réussi à conserver l'atmosphère authentique. Cette magnifique maison de vacances récemment rénovée (2011), a été sélectionnée par nos soins pour les véritables amoureux de la nature. La vue imprenable sur le paysage environnant boisé et montagneux vous surprendra toujours plus. Il y a une belle piscine privée chauffée avec un escalier romain, et une douche extérieure. Je beschikt over een heerlijk, deels overdekt terras met comfortabel tuinmeubilair waar je overdag en 's avonds nippend aan een glaasje wijn kan genieten van de prachtige vergezichten. Ook 's avonds is het hier heerlijk toeven met een goed glas Ardèche-wijn en de op de BBQ bereide maaltijd. De inrichting is uiterst modern maar het is de eigenaar gelukt om toch de authentieke sfeer te behouden. Dit schitterende, recent verbouwde (2011) vakantiehuis hebben wij uitgezocht voor de échte natuurliefhebber. Steeds opnieuw wordt je verrast door de schitterende vergezichten op het omringende dicht beboste berglandschap. Er is een heerlijk, verwarmbaar privé-zwembad met een Romeinse trap en buitendouche en rondom het huis ligt een heerlijke, grote tuin. Wilt u gebruik maken van het verwarmende zwembad? laat dit dan weten aan de huiseigenaar (extra verwarmingkosten, €0.15 per kW). Achter de woning ligt een kleine studio, afgescheiden van de rest, die heel af en toe door de huiseigenaar wordt gebruikt. Zij verblijven hier echter haast zelden en nooit voor lange tijd.
