The exceptionally cosy house, located on a quiet side street, has a fully equipped kitchen. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones and there are two bikes available (free) in the garage. One car can be parked in the garage, two other parking spaces are located at the house. Note for the winter: the double room with sink has no heating. Das Ferienhaus „Neurott“ liegt in einer ehemaligen Zollhaussiedlung im Ortsteil Kalterherberg der Stadt Monschau an der deutsch-belgischen Grenze. In dem hübschen Fachwerkhaus können Familien und Gruppen den Wintergarten und Garten für entspanntes Frühstücken und Grillabende nutzen! Monschau ist für seine mittelalterliches Zentrum mit Fachwerkhäusern, seine engen Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen und die Burg bekannt.Nahe der Stadt befindet sich der Nationalpark Eifel mit vielen Wanderwegen. Sie können auch direkt vom Haus loslaufen, um schöne Wanderungen und Spaziergänge zu unternehmen. Das sehr gemütliche, in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse gelegene Haus verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Für die Kleinen sind ein Kinderbett und -hochstuhl vorhanden. Zudem stehen zwei Fahrräder kostenfrei in der Garage bereit. Ein Auto kann in der Garage parken, zwei weitere Parkplätze befinden sich am Haus. Hinweis für den Winter: Das Doppelzimmer mit Waschbecken hat keine eine Heizung.

La maison de vacances "Neurott" est située dans une ancienne colonie douanière dans le quartier Kalterherberg de la ville de Monschau, à la frontière germano-belge. Dans la jolie maison à colombages, les familles et les groupes peuvent utiliser le jardin d'hiver et le jardin pour des petits déjeuners et des barbecues décontractés ! Monschau est connue pour son centre médiéval avec ses maisons à colombages, ses ruelles pavées étroites et son château. Non loin de la ville se trouve le parc national de l'Eifel avec de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Mais vous pouvez aussi partir directement de la maison pour faire de belles randonnées et balades. La maison très confortable, située dans une rue calme, dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles pour les plus petits. Deux vélos sont également disponibles gratuitement dans le garage. Une voiture peut être garée dans le garage, deux autres places de parking sont situées à la maison. A noter pour l'hiver : la chambre double avec lavabo ne dispose pas de chauffage.

Monschau è nota per il suo centro medievale con le case in stile "Fachwerk", le sue stradine acciottolate e il castello. Non lontano dalla città si trova il Parco Nazionale dell'Eifel con numerosi sentieri escursionistici. Ma si può anche partire direttamente da casa per fare belle escursioni e passeggiate. La casa accogliente, situata in una tranquilla strada laterale, dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Per i più piccoli sono a disposizione lettino e seggiolone. Due biciclette che troverete nel garage sono disponibili gratuitamente. Un'auto può essere parcheggiata in garage, altri due posti auto si trovano davanti casa. Monschau is bekend vanwege haar middeleeuwse centrum met vakwerkhuizen, de smalle geplaveide straatjes en het beroemde kasteel. Vlakbij de stad ligt het Nationaal Park Eifel met vele wandelpaden. Vanuit de woning starten ook diverse wandelroutes door deze schitterende regio. De charmante Belgische stad Luik ligt op slechts 1 uur rijden. Het bijzonder gezellige huis, gelegen in een rustige zijstraat, heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Een kinderbedje en kinderstoel zijn beschikbaar voor de kleintjes en er zijn twee fietsen beschikbaar (gratis) in de garage. Eén auto kan in de garage geparkeerd worden, twee andere parkeerplaatsen bevinden zich bij het huis. Nota voor de winter: de tweepersoonskamer met wastafel heeft geen verwarming.
