The villa is set back from the village centre. However, there are several restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream parlours close by. Gourmets will love the fully-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, combi-steamer, Kenwood Cooking Chef food processor, etc.) or the outdoor kitchen on the terrace, which is beautifully protected by a modern pergola. The pretty town of Sibenik, just 5 minutes away by car, will delight you with its pedestrianised streets built of natural white stone and its morning market, where you can buy local produce every day. Sibenik is an excellent base for excursions to the Krka waterfalls, the Plitvice lakes nature reserve, the Primosten peninsula, the sea organs of Zadar, Split, Vodice and Trogir. And for the kids, the Solaris Aquapark is just 15 minutes away.

In 4 Minuten zu Fuß haben Sie Ihre Füße im riesigen Prokljan-See, der Sie mit seinem halbweichen Wasser verzaubern wird, in dem Sie ein längeres Schwimmen genießen oder die wunderschönen Fische beobachten können. Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage abseits des Dorfzentrums. Mehrere Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars oder Eisdielen befinden sich jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Le confort de ses trois chambres, pourvues chacune de sa salle de bain individuelle vous offrira la détente et le repos durant vos vacances. En Croatie, pays du merveilleux soleil, notre piscine chauffée à la demande de 10 x 5 mètres et ses nombreuses terrasses tout autour de la propriété vous permettront de profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre à toute heure de la journée. En 4 minutes à pied, vous aurez les pieds dans l’immense lac de Prokljan qui vous charmera par son eau mi-douce dans laquelle vous profiterez d’une nage plus longue ou de l’observation des poissons magnifiques. La villa se trouve au calme en retrait du centre du village. Plusieurs restaurants, commerces, bars ou marchands de glace sont cependant tout proches.
