Maison de vacances charmante située à la campagne sur un petit terrain à 2 km du village moyenâgeux de Chiusdino, dans la province de Sienne en Toscane. Cette propriété indépendante et typiquement toscane est constituée de pierres naturelles et d’anciennes briques. Rustique, elle a été entièrement rénovée et aménagée avec goût dans un style typiquement toscan. Elle occupe une parcelle de 20.000 m² qui contient un verger de noyers et est entièrement clôturée, ce qui la rend idéale pour les animaux domestiques. Vous trouverez derrière la maison un barbecue maçonné avec un four à pizza original, où vous pourrez profiter d’un repas en plein air. Le jardin est éclairé la nuit. La propriété est située au sud-est de la ville de Sienne (à 30 km) et convient parfaitement pour des excursions d'un jour vers l’Abbazia di San Galgano, située à proximité, ou les petites villes de San Gimigniano, Volterra et Castello di Monteriggioni ou, bien entendu, Florence. Costruita in maniera tradizionale, in pietra e mattoni, fa parte di una più grande proprietà agricola. La "villetta" (due piani, 65 m2), restaurata nel rispetto dello stile toscano, è circondata da un bel giardino, con molti spazi all'aperto, una zona con forno in pietra per cucinare all'aperto, grande barbecue e fornelli. Il fabbricato inoltre è circondato da 2 ettari di terreno in cui viene svolta coltivazione di piante di noce. Tutta la proprietà, completamente recintata, è riservata agli ospiti e quindi adatta per la loro tranquillità ed i loro eventuali animali domestici. L'arredamento è "caldo" e pieno di atmosfera.
