Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel und ist über einen schmalen, befestigten Weg erreichbar. Die Eigentümer haben auf dem niedriger gelegenen Hügel unterhalb der Villa verschiedene Obstbäume stehen, wie z. B. Mango- und Zitronenbäume. Aufgrund der Lage haben Sie den ganzen Tag über Sonne und Sie können in der Villa zu jeder Jahreszeit Ihren wohlverdienten Urlaub verbringen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen, sind über die Veranda erreichbar. Das andere Schlafzimmer liegt am Eingangsbereich, gegenüber davon befindet sich das andere Badezimmer.
