A very suitable place for two families vacationing together. But also great to rent individually. The huge outdoor space offers plenty of privacy. You will stay in "La Ferme" (in the middle of the aerial photo). The interior is neatly arranged and well equipped with contemporary comfort. The beds are 2.10m long and there are several bathrooms. From your furnished terrace you will enjoy the beautiful view over the meadows, forests and the Cher Valley. Should you be able to detach yourself from this property, you will see that the surrounding area is definitely worth visiting. Montrichard (2 km) has a cozy medieval town center with one of the oldest castles in France. The castles of Chenonceau (12 km) and Amboise (20 km) are also impressive. In Bourré (4 km) you can visit old wine cellars. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) there is a zoo. But also Tours (48 km) and Blois (34 km) are worth a visit.

"Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4,5 ha) besteht aus zwei komfortablen Ferienhäusern (La Bergerie und La Ferme) und einem schön gelegenen, gemeinsamen Schwimmbad. Ein sehr geeigneter Ort für zwei Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen. Sie können es aber auch einzeln mieten. Der große Außenbereich bietet viel Privatsphäre. Sie wohnen in "La Ferme" (in der Mitte des Luftbildes). Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Betten sind 2,10 m lang und es gibt mehrere Bäder. Von der möblierten Terrasse aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick über die Wiesen, Wälder und das Cher-Tal. Wenn Sie sich von dieser Wohnung lösen können, werden Sie feststellen, dass die Umgebung auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Montrichard (2 km) hat einen gemütlichen mittelalterlichen Stadtkern mit einem der ältesten Schlösser Frankreichs. Beeindruckend sind auch die Schlösser von Chenonceau (12 km) und Amboise (20 km). In Bourré (4 km) können Sie alte Weinkeller besichtigen. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) gibt es einen Tierpark. Aber auch Tours (48 km) und Blois (34 km) sind einen Besuch wert.

C'est un endroit idéal pour deux familles qui passent leurs vacances ensemble. Mais c'est aussi un endroit idéal pour une location individuelle. L'immense espace extérieur offre beaucoup d'intimité. Vous logerez dans "La Ferme" (au milieu de la photo aérienne). L'intérieur est bien agencé et bien équipé avec le confort moderne. Les lits mesurent 2,10 m de long et il y a plusieurs salles de bains. La terrasse meublée offre une vue magnifique sur les prairies, les forêts et la vallée du Cher. Si vous parvenez à vous détacher de cette propriété, vous verrez que les environs valent vraiment la peine d'être visités.
