"Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4.5 ha) consists of two comfortable holiday homes (La Bergerie and La Ferme) and a beautifully situated, shared swimming pool (12 x 5 m, deep 1.00 - 2.40 m with salt water). This little paradise is very suitable for e.g. two families going on holiday together. But of course also very suitable for renting one of the two houses individually. The enormous garden offers plenty of privacy. You will stay in "La Bergerie" (left on the aerial photo). The interior is neatly arranged and equipped with modern comfort. The 3 bedrooms each have two single beds (2.10 m long). The garden furniture is ready at your house and you can enjoy the beautiful view over the meadow, the vineyard, forests and the Cher Valley. At the back is a small, provisionally fenced pond. Should you be able to detach yourself from this beautiful spot, you will see that the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit. Montrichard (2 km) has a cosy medieval town centre with one of the oldest castles in France. The castles of Chenonceau (12 km) and Amboise (20 km) are impressive. In Bourré (4 km), you can visit old wine cellars. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) there is a zoo. Tours (48 km) and Blois (34 km) are also worth a visit.

Ein komfortables, freistehendes Ferienhaus auf einem Privatgrundstück. Herrlich ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, etwas außerhalb von Montrichard. "Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4,5 ha) besteht aus zwei komfortablen Ferienhäusern (La Bergerie und La Ferme) und einem schön gelegenen, gemeinsamen Schwimmbad (12 x 5 m, 1,00 - 2,40 m tief mit Salzwasser). Dieses kleine Paradies ist sehr gut geeignet für z.B. zwei Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen. Aber natürlich können Sie auch eines der beiden Häuser mieten. Der riesige Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre. Sie wohnen in "La Bergerie" (links auf dem Luftbild). Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (2,10 m lang). Die Gartenmöbel stehen am Haus bereit und Sie können die schöne Aussicht über die Wiese, den Weinberg, die Wälder und das Cher-Tal genießen. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein kleiner, provisorisch eingezäunter Teich. Wenn Sie sich von diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde lösen können, werden Sie feststellen, dass die Umgebung auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Montrichard (2 km) hat einen gemütlichen mittelalterlichen Stadtkern mit einem der ältesten Schlösser Frankreichs. Die Schlösser von Chenonceau (12 km) und Amboise (20 km) sind beeindruckend. In Bourré (4 km) können Sie alte Weinkeller besichtigen. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) gibt es einen Tierpark. Tours (48 km) und Blois (34 km) sind ebenfalls einen Besuch wert.
Une confortable maison de vacances indépendante sur un domaine privé. Situation merveilleusement calme au bout d'une route de campagne sans issue, juste à l'extérieur de Montrichard. "Le Domaine Les Drageonnières (4,5 ha) se compose de deux maisons de vacances confortables (La Bergerie et La Ferme) et d'une piscine commune magnifiquement située (12 x 5 m, profondeur 1,00 - 2,40 m avec de l'eau salée). Ce petit paradis convient parfaitement, par exemple, à deux familles qui partent en vacances ensemble. Bien entendu, vous pouvez également louer l'une des deux maisons. L'immense jardin offre beaucoup d'intimité. Vous séjournerez dans "La Bergerie" (à gauche sur la photo aérienne). L'intérieur est bien agencé et équipé du confort moderne. Les 3 chambres à coucher disposent chacune de deux lits simples (2,10 m de long). Le mobilier de jardin est prêt chez vous et vous pouvez profiter de la belle vue sur la prairie, le vignoble, les forêts et la vallée du Cher. A l'arrière se trouve un petit étang provisoirement clôturé. Si vous arrivez à vous détacher de ce bel endroit, vous verrez que les environs valent vraiment la peine d'être visités. Montrichard (2 km) possède un centre ville médiéval agréable et l'un des plus anciens châteaux de France. Les châteaux de Chenonceau (12 km) et d'Amboise (20 km) sont impressionnants. À Bourré (4 km), vous pourrez visiter d'anciennes caves à vin. A Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) se trouve un zoo. Tours (48 km) et Blois (34 km) valent également le détour.
Een comfortabel vrijstaand vakantiehuis op een privédomein. Heerlijk rustig gelegen aan het eind van een doodlopend landweggetje, net buiten Montrichard. "Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4,5 ha) bestaat uit twee comfortabele vakantiehuizen (La Bergerie en La Ferme) en een mooi gelegen, gezamenlijk zwembad (12 x 5 m, diep 1.00 – 2.40 m. met zout water). Dit paradijsje is zeer geschikt voor bijv. twee families die samen op vakantie gaan. Maar u kunt natuurlijk ook één van de twee huizen huren. De enorme tuin biedt voldoende privacy. U verblijft in “La Bergerie” (links op de luchtfoto). Het interieur is keurig verzorgd en voorzien van hedendaags comfort. De 3 slaapkamers hebben elk twee 1-pers.bedden (2.10 m lang). Bij uw huis staat het tuinmeubilair klaar en geniet u van het prachtig zicht over het weiland, de wijngaard, bossen en de vallei van de Cher. Aan de achterzijde ligt een kleine, provisorisch omheinde vijver. Mocht u zich los kunnen maken van deze prachtige plek, dan zult u zien dat de omgeving beslist de moeite waard is. Montrichard (2 km) heeft een gezellige middeleeuwse stadskern met een van de oudste kastelen van Frankrijk. Het kasteel van Chenonceau (12 km) en van Amboise (20 km) zijn indrukwekkend. In Bourré (4 km) kunt u oude wijnkelders bezoeken. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) bevindt zich de bekende dierentuin ZooParc de Beauval. Ook Tours (48 km) en Blois (34 km) zijn een bezoek waard.

Una cómoda casa de vacaciones independiente en una finca privada. Situación muy tranquila al final de un camino rural sin salida, a las afueras de Montrichard. El "Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4,5 ha) consta de dos confortables casas de vacaciones (La Bergerie y La Ferme) y una piscina compartida muy bien situada (12 x 5 m, 1,00 - 2,40 m de profundidad con agua salada). Este pequeño paraíso es muy adecuado para, por ejemplo, dos familias que vayan juntas de vacaciones. Pero, por supuesto, también se puede alquilar una de las dos casas. El enorme jardín ofrece mucha intimidad. Se alojará en "La Bergerie" (a la izquierda en la foto aérea). El interior está muy cuidado y equipado con todas las comodidades modernas. Los 3 dormitorios tienen cada uno dos camas individuales (2,10 m de largo). Los muebles de jardín están listos en su casa y se puede disfrutar de la hermosa vista sobre el prado, el viñedo, los bosques y el valle del Cher. En la parte trasera hay un pequeño estanque vallado provisionalmente. Si es capaz de desprenderse de este hermoso paraje, verá que los alrededores merecen sin duda una visita. Montrichard (2 km) posee un acogedor centro medieval con uno de los castillos más antiguos de Francia. Los castillos de Chenonceau (12 km) y Amboise (20 km) son impresionantes. Il "Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4,5 ettari) è composto da due confortevoli case vacanza (La Bergerie e La Ferme) e da una splendida piscina in comune (12 x 5 m, profonda 1,00 - 2,40 m con acqua salata). Questo piccolo paradiso è molto adatto, ad esempio, a due famiglie in vacanza insieme. Ma naturalmente è possibile affittare anche una delle due case. L'enorme giardino offre molta privacy. Alloggerete a "La Bergerie" (a sinistra nella foto aerea). Gli interni sono ordinati e dotati di comfort moderni. Le 3 camere da letto hanno ciascuna due letti singoli (2,10 m di lunghezza). I mobili da giardino sono pronti a casa vostra e potrete godere della splendida vista sul prato, sul vigneto, sui boschi e sulla Valle del Cher. Sul retro si trova un piccolo stagno provvisoriamente recintato. Se riuscite a staccarvi da questo bel posto, vedrete che i dintorni meritano sicuramente una visita. Montrichard (2 km) ha un accogliente centro storico medievale con uno dei castelli più antichi di Francia. I castelli di Chenonceau (12 km) e Amboise (20 km) sono impressionanti. A Bourré (4 km) si possono visitare antiche cantine. A Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) si trova uno zoo. Anche Tours (48 km) e Blois (34 km) meritano una visita.
