There is a covered terrace with pleasant garden furniture. Bakery and grocery store in Thin, supermarket in Lormes (19 km). This fantastic house can be found in the heart of the Morvan, an attractive, rugged natural area that is great to discover. The associated private lake (please be careful with your children) is full of fish, so don't forget your fishing rod! You can find many recreational lakes in the area: The lake of St. Agnan (13 km) and the Lac des Settons (14 km) are perfect for a day by the water. You can find an amusement park in Chamoux (47 km). Golfing is possible in Vic-sous-Thil (36 km). If you enjoy culture, we recommend Vezelay (39 km) with its famous St. Madelaine basilica, and the fortified city of Avallon (36 km). You'll be astonished by the castles of Bourbilly (46 km), Epoisse (39 km) and Bazoches (33 km). The Pierre qui Vire abbey in St. Leger Vauban (18 km) is also more than worth it.

De Morvan is een prachtig natuurgebied waar je kunt genieten van de rust en mooie wandelingen kunt maken. Bij het huis is een privémeer waar je kunt vissen. In de meren bij Lac de St. Agnan en Lac des Settons kun je gaan zwemmen. In deze omgeving zijn prachtige kastelen te bewonderen. Op 47 km afstand, in Chamoux, is een attractiepark. Het vakantiehuis heeft een privézwembad en een ruime tuin. In de woonkamer is een gezellige open haard en er staat een vaatwasser in de keuken. Op het overdekte terras kun je relaxen en voor de kinderen is er een trampoline op het terrein. Het water uit de kraan is geen drinkwater.
