There is a brick barbecue, a large garden, a private swimming pool with cleaning system and a column for recharging electric cars. On reservation and on payment: wine tasting, catering service breakfast and dinner, up to 15 electric bikes. Possibility to rent a motor boat (up to 13 places).

Dieses Bauernhaus ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Der antike Bauernhof liegt inmitten der Natur der pisanischen Hügel und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen, lange Spaziergänge zu unternehmen, ein Bad im Pool zu nehmen und viele wichtige Kulturstätten wie Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca zu besuchen. Sogar Florenz kann leicht an einem Tag besucht werden. Der Strand ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Dank seiner Einfachheit und seines Platzangebots ist das Haus besonders für Familien und Gruppen von Freunden geeignet. Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen, der gesamte Garten ist eingezäunt. Alle Zimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert und mit neuen Matratzen und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill, einen großen Garten, einen privaten Swimmingpool mit Reinigungssystem und eine Säule zum Aufladen von Elektroautos. Auf Reservierung und gegen Bezahlung: Weinverkostung, Catering-Service Frühstück und Abendessen, bis zu 15 Elektrofahrräder. Möglichkeit, ein Motorboot zu mieten (bis zu 13 Plätze).

L'ancienne ferme est immergée dans la nature des collines pisanes et offre la possibilité de se détendre, de faire de longues promenades, de se baigner dans la piscine et de visiter de nombreux sites culturels importants tels que Volterra, Pise, San Gimignano, Lucca. Même Florence peut être facilement visitée en une journée. La plage se trouve à environ 30 minutes. Grâce à sa simplicité et à l'espace qu'elle offre, la maison est particulièrement adaptée aux familles et aux groupes d'amis. Les animaux domestiques sont également les bienvenus, tout le jardin étant clôturé. Récemment rénovées, toutes les chambres disposent de nouveaux matelas et de la climatisation. De oude boerderij is ondergedompeld in de natuur van de Pisaanse heuvels en biedt de mogelijkheid om te ontspannen, lange wandelingen te maken, een duik te nemen in het zwembad en vele belangrijke culturele plaatsen te bezoeken zoals Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca. Zelfs Florence kan gemakkelijk in één dag worden bezocht. Het strand is op ongeveer 30 minuten afstand.
