This is a splendid villa with a private swimming pool right next to the picturesque Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. Built on a rocky hillside, the villa consists of several floors. From the upper level and the terrace, you enjoy a view of the Mont Ventoux and the surroundings. Ideally situated between the Drôme and the Ardèche, the house is a perfect starting point for exploring both regions dotted with famous little towns and typical Provencal villages. Only half an hour's drive takes you to some of the most famous villages of Provence Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres or Nyons. The bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning. Board games and a few free games for children are at your disposal. The parking facility is also available for 3-4 cars. There are three garden lounges where you can enjoy your meals. After your stay, you can throw the waste in the garbage cans down the street. Due to its layout over several floors, this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

Deze prachtige villa met privézwembad ligt vlak bij het pittoreske plaatsje Saint Paul Trois Chateaux. Doordat de villa is gebouwd tegen een rots, bestaat de woning uit verschillende niveaus en heb je vanaf het bovenste niveau en terras een magnifiek uitzicht over de omgeving en de Mont Ventoux. Dankzij de 3 slaapkamers is de villa ideaal voor een groot gezin. De villa is centraal gelegen, tussen de Drôme en de Ardèche en een perfecte uitvalsbasis om beide streken met bekende stadjes en provençaalse dorpjes goed te ontdekken. Op een klein half uurtje rijden vind je verschillende bekende provençaalse dorpjes zoals Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres of Nyons. Aan de andere kant vind je de prachtige Ardèche met zijn bekende Gorges (45 km) en de Gard met bekende dorpjes zoals Montclus en Aiguèze (25 km). Vanuit de woonkamer heb je toegang tot het overdekte terras met zithoek vanwaar je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over de omliggende bergen en in de verte de Mont Ventoux. Het zwembad is geopend van 15 mei tot 15 september.

Piękna willa z prywatnym basenem w pobliżu malowniczego miasta Saint Paul Trois Chateaux. Willa ma wiele kondygnacji, ponieważ została zbudowana na skałach, co oznacza, że z najwyższego piętra i tarasu roztacza się wspaniały widok na okolicę Mont Ventoux. Willa ma dwa wejścia, jedno wejście na najwyższym piętrze i jedno na ziemi piętro. Od wejścia na parterze podążasz stromą ścieżką do „głównego wejścia” na piętrze. Z tego wejścia można wejść do salonu z częścią wypoczynkową i otwartą kuchnią. Na tym piętrze znajduje się także główna sypialnia i łazienka z kabiną prysznicową i wanną. Z salonu masz dostęp do zadaszonego tarasu z częścią wypoczynkową, z której roztacza się piękny widok na otaczające góry i Mont Ventoux w oddali. Stąd masz również niezakłócony widok na basen, który znajduje się u podstawy domu. Obok tego tarasu znajduje się drugi zadaszony taras z meblami ogrodowymi i leżakami. Do każdego poziomu domu można dotrzeć kilkoma schodami. Na podłodze pod salonem znajduje się sypialnia (mała) dla dzieci z łóżkiem piętrowym z rozkładanym łóżkiem. Do łazienki z prysznicem i toaletą wchodzisz przesuwanymi drzwiami. Po kilku stopniach schodzisz do trzeciej sypialni z podwójnym łóżkiem i przylegającej do niej łazienki z prysznicem i toaletą. Ze względu na różne poziomy dom nie jest odpowiedni dla osób o ograniczonej sprawności ruchowej. Dom ten jest położony centralnie między Drome i Ardeche i stanowi idealną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania obu regionów ze słynnymi miastami i prowincjonalnymi wioskami. W ciągu krótkiej pół godziny jazdy samochodem znajdziesz kilka znanych prowincjonalnych wiosek, takich jak Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres lub Nyons.
