Durch die einzigartige Lage, kann man sein Auto im Urlaub stehen lassen, da Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Cafes etc. in direkter Umgebung liegen. Der Skilift ist nur ca. 100 Meter entfernt und man kann seinen Kindern vom Balkon aus auf der Kinderwiese beim Skifahren zusehen. Somit ist das Chalet mit den Ski erreichbar und direkt von der Terrasse aus seinen Skitag starten. Im Sommer können Sie es sich nach einer Wanderung oder Mountainbiketour auf der Terrasse bequem machen und in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zusammensitzen. Für Golfer stehen zwei herrliche Plätze zur Verfügung, die auch als des 'Kaisers schönster Garten' bezeichnet werden.
