Dieses wunderschöne Haus steht in herrlicher freier Lage direkt an der Mosel. Die gesamte obere Etage wurde als Ferienappartement eingerichtet. Für die Erkundung der Mosellandschaft ist diese Unterkunft der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Das Haus ist direkt am Moselufer gelegen. Vor der Haustür liegt ein großes Sportgelände. Der bekannte Moselradweg und der Moselsteig (Fernwanderstrecke) verlaufen direkt entlang der Haustür entlang. Neumagen-Dhron ist das älteste Weindorf Deutschlands (ca. 2600 Einwohner). Im malerischen Dorf gibt es noch zahlreiche Spuren aus römischer Zeit. Es gibt verschiedene Führungen zu den schönsten Stellen und allen interessanten historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders zu empfehlen ist eine Tour auf der Mosel mit dem wunderschönen, nach Vorbildern aus römischer Zeit gebauten Weinschiff. Wegen der zahlreichen Touristen, die Neumagen besuchen, bietet das Dorf viele Restaurants etc. Von hier aus können Sie die alte Römerstadt Trier (38 km) besuchen (wenn Sie mit dem Fahrrad fahren, können Sie mit dem Fahrradbus zurückfahren) oder das sehr idyllische Städtchen Bernkastel-Kues (25 km).
