From this completely renovated and redecorated villa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the small village of Callian, which seems to look benevolently at the villa. You can reach the villa on foot to buy fresh bread or have a meal. The house has a very nice terrace next to the old laundry room and the view on the surroundings is incredible. The villa is less than 8 km from a beautiful golf course and the white beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There is a large lake 10 minutes away by car with beaches and pedal boats. The wines produced here are also excellent. Our villa is situated on a fenced and flat plot of land. There is a private secured parking space inside the property, charging device for electric vehicle and at the front of the villa you will find a large terrace. Adjacent is a veranda where you can enjoy all year round very pleasant moments. You overlook the garden which has a second terrace under a beautiful tree. The swimming pool is particularly beautiful, heated (to 23 °C upon request 10 days in advance and with extra charge from October to May). On the sunny terrace there are sun loungers and a large umbrella. On the side of the house there is a nice petanque court and a fourth terrace. The interior is very pleasant and has a spacious living room with a beautiful sofa, air conditioning and French doors. The television has Netflix and Internet is Fiber. Next to the dining table, there are also French doors to the terrace. The kitchen is elegant and luxurious. While cooking, you enjoy a nice view of the village which is nestled on top of a hill. Les vins produits ici sont par ailleurs excellents. Notre villa est située sur un terrain clôturé et plat. Il y un parking privé sécurisé ( à l'intérieur de la propriété), une borne de chargement pour voiture électrique dès juillet 2023 et à l'avant de la villa vous trouverez une terrasse de grande taille. Adjacent se trouve une véranda où vous pouvez profiter toute l'année de moments très agréables. Vous surplombez le jardin qui dispose d'une deuxième terrasse sous un bel arbre bien garni. La piscine privée peut être chauffée à 23 degrés (moyennant un supplément d'octobre à mai sur demande 10 jours à l'avance). Des chaises longues et un grand parasol sont à votre disposition sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Sur le côté du logement se trouve une belle piste de pétanque et une quatrième terrasse. L’intérieur est très agréable et compte un salon spacieux avec un magnifique canapé, la climatisation et des portes-fenêtres. La télévision dispose de Netflix on a la fibre pour Internet.
