Ihr Ferienhaus mit seinem schönen privaten Swimmingpool befindet sich in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage im Dorf Stankovci. Nur 16 km von Vodice entfernt, einer Küstenstadt an der Adria-Autobahn, liegt dieses Anwesen, ein perfekter Ort, um einen entspannten Urlaub mit viel Privatsphäre zu genießen. Dieses Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Etagen, die durch eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden sind. Vier Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, das in zwei Einzelbetten umwandelbar ist, sowie ein modernes Badezimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, während das Parterre aus einem geräumigen Wohn-/Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche und einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer besteht. Der geräumige, eingezäunte Garten bietet einen schönen, privaten Swimmingpool und einen Grillplatz. Die schöne Terrasse bietet eine nützliche Außendusche, genügend Liegestühle und Parkplätze. Sie erreichen die Adria in weniger als 15 Minuten mit dem Auto; hier können Sie zwischen Sand-, Kiesel- oder Steinstränden wählen. Nur 12 km von Ihrem Ferienhaus entfernt befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet, der Vranasee; ein idealer Ort für Angler und Vogelbeobachter.
