Dort kann man sich Kanus und Tretboote mieten. Roquebrun ist ein lebendiges Dorf und vielleicht interessiert es Sie: Ein bekanntes Wein-Château liegt neben dieser Villa. Die Gegend ist wunderbar für Wanderer, Radfahrer und Menschen, die die Natur mögen. Rund um die Villa erstreckt sich ein Garten mit großer Rasenfläche, wo die Kinder spielen können. Durch die blühenden Oleandersträucher können Sie den Fluss und die Kanufahrer sehen, die hier im Sommer vorbeipaddeln. La piscine jouit d'un emplacement merveilleusement privé et la maison de vacances se trouve au bord de la rivière. Depuis la maison, vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à la boulangerie ou à un restaurant qui dispose d'une terrasse. Le bord de la rivière est aménagé avec une petite plage que vous pouvez facilement accéder à pied. Des canoës et des pédalos peuvent y être loués. Roquebrun est un village animé et il y a un célèbre château viticole juste à côté de la villa ... intéressant ! La région est magnifique pour les randonneurs, les cyclistes et les amoureux de la nature. Autour de la villa se trouve un jardin avec une grande pelouse sur laquelle les enfants peuvent jouer. À travers les lauriers en fleurs vous apercevrez la rivière et les canoës qui défilent sur l'eau en été. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé et le chemin menant à la rivière est également fermé par une clôture. Il y a un pool house (avec toilettes et douche) à côté de la piscine clôturée et des chaises longues sont mises à votre disposition sur la terrasse ensoleillée. La maison dispose d'une terrasse couverte au niveau du jardin et d'une deuxième terrasse à l'étage. La maison principale peut accueillir juqu'à 8 personnes. Un agréable salon avec cuisine ouverte et bar donne accès au balcon. Vous y trouverez une chambre avec une salle de bain et au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent trois autres chambres et une salle de bain.
