The house, preserving the traditional Mallorcan style, offers a wonderful living-dining room for you to sit and watch satellite TV, listen to some music and, of course, delight yourselves at the dining table with the great dishes cooked in the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction top and all appliances and cutlery you may need. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathtub bathrooms for the whole accommodation as well as 3 bedrooms for your moments of rest. All of them come with a closet, a fan and AC. Two have two twin beds and the last one offers a double bed. If you are travelling with your babies, we can prepare two cots and two high chairs. Finally, there are 3 electric radiators available for the coldest days. The location of this beautiful house is perfect for those who love not just the beaches and little dreamy coves, but also nature. Porto Colom is a quite romantic place devoted for decades to the fishing art, something that highlights its charm. Every morning, you can admire the fishermen going to work in the sea coming back hours later with fresh fish to be tasted in the restaurants of the area. The surroundings offer breathtaking coves of turquoise water like Cala Marçal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala Sa Nau or Cala d'Or, but also green landscapes that will amaze you. Stock gibt es eine Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Wohnsiedlung. Das Haus ist mit seinen Fußböden aus Steinzeugfliesen und Holzmöbeln typisch mallorquinisch eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer kommt die Familie zum Essen oder Fernsehen (Satellitenempfang) zusammen. In der Küche lassen sich einfache Gerichte und Snacks dank des Induktionsherds und einigen Haushaltsgeräten schnell zubereiten. Auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett ist vorhanden. Unseren Gästen stehen zwei Bäder mit Badewanne zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelbettzimmer und zwei Zimmer mit Einzelbetten laden zum Träumen ein. Alle drei bieten je einen Ventilator, einen Kleiderschrank und Klimaanlage.
