Trinity Island is a privately owned island just 30’ away from Athens and its International airport. It has been owned by the family of the former Keeper of the Royal Privy Purse of the three Kings of Greece since 1958. The island has hosted royalty and celebrities ranging from the Beatles to Winston Churchill and the Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie who offered the chalice, thurible and some others objects used during the services held in the chapel. Trinity Island is mostly flat, with a lavish abundance both ornamental and crop vegetation, including an olive grove, pistachio trees, pine and cypress forests and a variety of fruit trees (pomegranate, apricot, peach, almond, fig). Trinity Island has 2 sandy beaches and a pier for yachts. Amenities include a main residence, a staff house, a beach bungalow, a chapel, a Venetian tower, roads and pathways, an independent water source, and several docks which allow easy access to the mainland.
