The entrance is keylessly controlled via Handy App Nuki lock (house and apartment entrance door). An electronic door viewer shows all visitors even if one was not at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all electronic appliances (security guard, dryer, stove, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer). Apartment is equipped with WLAN and TV. Also the tenant gets a large cellar. The house has recently been given a new facade. There is also a large community garden. The tenants organize a barbecue once a year (very nice, were already there). Parking usually directly in front of the door. Neuss Vogelsang is a beautiful residential area in the north of Neuss.
