The landlord rejects any responsibility for a claim of his insurance company on the tenant's insurance in case of damage to the holiday accommodation.Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is to accept the holiday accommodation in the state as he finds it on arrival as described in the description on the internet site by the landlord. The furniture and all other objects can exclusively be used according to their purpose. If at the end of the sojourn pieces of furniture or other objects are missing or no longer fit for usage due to other than normal usage, they will have to be paid or replaced by the tenant with approval of the landlord. The rented holiday home may in no circumstances be inhabited by a larger number of persons than indicated in the description and the reservation, except after written permission by the landlord.
The tenant will execute all necessary urgent works for maintenance of the rented property, like the replacement of household appliances, if necessary.
The tenant will not allow any pet into the holiday home, not even temporarily, without the permission of the landlord.
In case of rental of a house in an apartment block or holiday village the tenants, as temporary residents, will respect the local regulations.

Der Mieter hat die Ferienunterkunft in dem Zustand zu übernehmen, wie er sie bei der Ankunft vorfindet, wie in der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite des Vermieters beschrieben. Die Möbel und alle anderen Gegenstände dürfen ausschließlich ihrem Zweck entsprechend verwendet werden. Sollten nach Beendigung des Aufenthaltes Möbel oder sonstige Gegenstände fehlen oder durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch nicht mehr gebrauchsfähig sein, so sind diese vom Mieter mit Zustimmung des Vermieters zu bezahlen oder zu ersetzen. Diese Bedingung gilt für Polstermöbel, Tapeten und das gesamte Gebäude. Im Schadensfall sind der Wert der zerbrochenen oder zersprungenen Gegenstände, Reinigungskosten für verschmierte Teppiche, Decken, Matratzen, Bettwäsche etc. vom Mieter zu tragen.
Der Mieter darf die Möbel und sonstigen Gegenstände nur in dem Raum benutzen, in dem sie aufgestellt sind. Es ist ausdrücklich verboten, sie außerhalb des Mietobjekts zu bewegen.
Der Mieter wird keine Gegenstände in Waschbecken, Badewannen, Bidets, Duschen, Toiletten, Abflusssysteme usw. werfen, die diese verstopfen könnten. Kommt es zu einer Sperrung, trägt der Mieter die Kosten der Entsperrung.
Der Mieter bewohnt das Haus und pflegt es wie ein guter Familienvater.

Le locataire doit être en possession d'une assurance responsabilité civile contractée auprès d'une compagnie d'assurances pour les risques suivants : vol, incendie, dégâts des eaux, pour son intérêt de locataire ainsi que pour l'état des lieux de la maison de vacances ainsi que pour la responsabilité du voisin . Le locataire doit être en mesure de justifier de cette assurance auprès du bailleur. Le loueur décline toute responsabilité en cas de recours de sa compagnie d'assurances sur l'assurance locataire en cas de dégradation du logement de vacances.Obligations du locataire
Le locataire doit accepter le logement de vacances dans l'état où il le trouve à son arrivée tel que décrit dans le descriptif sur le site internet par le propriétaire. Les meubles et tous les autres objets peuvent être utilisés exclusivement selon leur destination. Si à la fin du séjour des meubles ou autres objets manquent ou ne sont plus utilisables en raison d'un usage autre que normal, ils devront être payés ou remplacés par le locataire avec l'accord du propriétaire. Cette condition s'applique au rembourrage, au papier peint et à l'ensemble du bâtiment. En cas de dégradations la valeur des objets cassés ou fêlés, les frais de nettoyage des moquettes, couvertures, matelas, linge de lit etc. tachés seront à la charge du locataire.
Le locataire doit utiliser les meubles et autres objets uniquement dans la pièce où ils sont placés. Il est formellement interdit de les déplacer en dehors du bien loué.
Le locataire s'interdit de jeter des objets dans les éviers, baignoires, bidets, douches, toilettes, évacuations, etc., qui pourraient les obstruer. En cas de blocage, le locataire sera redevable des frais de déblocage.
Le locataire occupera la maison et en prendra soin à la manière d'un bon père de famille.
La maison de vacances louée ne peut en aucun cas être habitée par un nombre de personnes supérieur à celui indiqué dans le descriptif et la réservation, sauf autorisation écrite du propriétaire.
Le locataire exécutera tous les travaux urgents nécessaires à l'entretien du bien loué, comme le remplacement des appareils électroménagers, si nécessaire.
Le locataire n'autorisera aucun animal domestique dans la maison de vacances, même temporairement, sans l'autorisation du propriétaire.
En cas de location d'une maison dans un immeuble ou un village de vacances, les locataires, en tant que résidents temporaires, respecteront les réglementations locales.

L'inquilino è tenuto ad accettare l'alloggio per le vacanze nello stato in cui lo trova all'arrivo come descritto nella descrizione sul sito internet da parte del locatore. I mobili e tutti gli altri oggetti possono essere utilizzati esclusivamente secondo il loro scopo. Se al termine del soggiorno mancano o non sono più utilizzabili mobili o altri oggetti per uso diverso dal normale, dovranno essere pagati o sostituiti dal conduttore con il consenso del locatore. Questa condizione si applica alla tappezzeria, alla carta da parati e all'intero edificio. In caso di danni il valore degli oggetti rotti o incrinati, le spese di pulizia per tappeti, coperte, materassi, biancheria ecc.
L'inquilino è tenuto ad utilizzare i mobili e gli altri oggetti esclusivamente nel locale in cui sono collocati. È formalmente vietato spostarli al di fuori dell'immobile locato.
L'inquilino non getterà nei lavandini, vasche da bagno, bidet, docce, wc, scarichi, ecc. oggetti che potrebbero ostruirli. In caso di blocco, l'inquilino sarà ritenuto responsabile dei costi per lo sblocco.
L'inquilino occuperà la casa e se ne prenderà cura alla maniera di un buon padre di famiglia.
La casa vacanza affittata non può in nessun caso essere abitata da un numero di persone superiore a quello indicato nella descrizione e nella prenotazione, salvo previa autorizzazione scritta del locatore.
L'inquilino eseguirà tutti i lavori urgenti necessari per la manutenzione della proprietà affittata, come la sostituzione degli elettrodomestici, se necessario.
L'inquilino non ammetterà alcun animale domestico nella casa vacanze, nemmeno temporaneamente, senza il permesso del proprietario.
In caso di locazione di una casa in condominio o villaggio vacanze gli inquilini, in qualità di residenti temporanei, rispetteranno le normative locali.

Reserveer vooraf uw skipas en vermijd de wachtrij. U krijgt het bij aankomst bij de receptie van uw residentie.
U kunt tot 5 dagen voor aankomst skipassen toevoegen aan een reservering.

De huurder wordt vriendelijk verzocht contact op te nemen met de verhuurder of zijn vertegenwoordiger die de sleutels heeft (zie routebeschrijving) om een afspraak te maken of een vertraging te melden. Voorafgaand aan de dag van aankomst kan de huurder een verzoek indienen voor aankomst na 19.00 uur. De verhuurder kan dit accepteren of weigeren. In dat laatste geval is aankomst pas de volgende dag mogelijk. Vertrek op zaterdag, uiterlijk om 10.00 uur. De huurder dient in het bezit te zijn van een bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij afgesloten aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor de volgende risico's: diefstal, brand, waterschade, zowel voor zijn belang als huurder als voor de inventaris van de vakantiewoning alsmede voor burenaansprakelijkheid . De huurder dient een bewijs van deze verzekering aan de verhuurder te kunnen tonen. De verhuurder wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid af voor een claim van zijn verzekeringsmaatschappij op de verzekering van de huurder in geval van schade aan het vakantieverblijf.Verplichtingen van de huurder
Huurder dient het vakantieverblijf te aanvaarden in de staat waarin hij deze bij aankomst aantreft zoals beschreven in de beschrijving op de internetsite van verhuurder. Het meubilair en alle andere objecten mogen uitsluitend worden gebruikt in overeenstemming met hun bestemming. Indien aan het einde van het verblijf meubelen of andere voorwerpen ontbreken of niet meer geschikt zijn voor gebruik door ander dan normaal gebruik, zullen deze door huurder met goedkeuring van verhuurder moeten worden betaald of vervangen. Deze voorwaarde geldt voor stoffering, behang en het gehele pand. Bij schade zijn de waarde van de kapotte of gebarsten voorwerpen, schoonmaakkosten voor bevlekte tapijten, dekens, matrassen, bedlinnen etc. voor rekening van de huurder.
Huurder dient de meubels en andere voorwerpen uitsluitend te gebruiken in de ruimte waar deze staan. Het is formeel verboden deze buiten het gehuurde te verplaatsen.
De huurder zal geen dingen in gootstenen, badkuipen, bidets, douches, toiletten, afvoersystemen enz. gooien die deze zouden kunnen verstoppen. Indien verstopping optreedt, zal de huurder aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor de kosten voor de ontstopping.
De huurder zal het huis bewonen en er voor zorgen als een goede huisvader.
De gehuurde vakantiewoning mag in geen geval worden bewoond door een groter aantal personen dan aangegeven in de beschrijving en de reservering, behoudens na schriftelijke toestemming van de verhuurder.
De huurder zal alle noodzakelijke dringende werken voor het onderhoud van het gehuurde goed uitvoeren, zoals desgevallend de vervanging van huishoudtoestellen.
Zonder toestemming van de verhuurder zal de huurder geen huisdieren toelaten in de vakantiewoning, ook niet tijdelijk.
Bij verhuur van een woning in een flatgebouw of vakantiedorp zullen de huurders, als tijdelijke bewoners, de lokale regelgeving respecteren.

The tenant is kindly requested to call the landlord or his representative who has the keys (see itinerary) to make an appointment or to report a delay. Prior to the day of arrival the tenant can submit a request for arrival after 19.00h. The landlord can accept or refuse this. In the latter case, arrival will only be possible on the following day. Departure on Saturdays, at 10.00 a.m. at the latest. An appointment with the landlord or his representative should be made concerning the returning of the keys and the deposit. On arrival the following has to be paid on the spot (cash or by cheque): -deposit

The height of the amounts is mentioned in the information on the holiday accommodation. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, if necessary with deduction of damage caused. In case the landlord or his representative cannot inspect the property before your departure, the deposit amount will booked into your bank account. Insurance
The tenant has to be in possession of a liability insurance effected at an insurance company for the following risks: theft, fire, water damage, for his interest as a tenant as well as for the inventory of the holiday home as well as for neighbour's liability. The tenant must be able to show proof of this insurance to the landlord. The landlord rejects any responsibility for a claim of his insurance company on the tenant's insurance in case of damage to the holiday accommodation.Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is to accept the holiday accommodation in the state as he finds it on arrival as described in the description on the internet site by the landlord. The furniture and all other objects can exclusively be used according to their purpose. If at the end of the sojourn pieces of furniture or other objects are missing or no longer fit for usage due to other than normal usage, they will have to be paid or replaced by the tenant with approval of the landlord. This condition applies to upholstery, wallpaper, and the entire building. In case of damage the value of the broken or cracked objects, cleaning costs for smudged carpets, blankets, matrasses, bed-linen etc will have to be paid by the tenant.
The tenant is to use the furniture and other objects solely in the room where they are placed. It is formally forbidden to move them outside of the rented property.
The tenant will not throw things down sinks, bathtubs, bidets, showers, toilets, drainage systems, etc, which could block them. If blockage occurs, the tenant will be held liable for the costs for unblocking.
The tenant will occupy the house and take care of it in the manner of a good family father.
The rented holiday home may in no circumstances be inhabited by a larger number of persons than indicated in the description and the reservation, except after written permission by the landlord.
The tenant will execute all necessary urgent works for maintenance of the rented property, like the replacement of household appliances, if necessary.
The tenant will not allow any pet into the holiday home, not even temporarily, without the permission of the landlord.
In case of rental of a house in an apartment block or holiday village the tenants, as temporary residents, will respect the local regulations.
It is forbidden to hang laundry for drying on the balconies or windows. Cancellation costs
Every cancellation has to be reported by e-mail or fax as soon as possible and will be subject to costs.Complaints
The tenant is obliged to inform the landlord or his representative about all deficiencies or abberations, if any, within three days after arrival in the holiday accommodation.Guarantee deposit
