The accommodation is nicely located on the slopes of the mount Kozjak, in an upper part of village Kastel Luksic, one of the seven villages stretching along the bay in-between UNESCO’s listed towns Split and Trogir. It is set on the large plot and surrounded by olives groves, giving an absolute sense of tranquillity and relaxation. Villa’s equipment and facilities offers even more for enjoying the holidays… private heated pool, sunbathing patio with sun loungers, entertainment set for kids, fitness equipment and sauna. Villa spreads over two floors. On the first floor are two bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining, bathroom and toilet as well as roofed and open terrace. The double bed room with bathroom on the ground has its own entrance, while recreation room is an independent unit next to the main house. Large outdoors benefit of roofed area with large dining table and BBQ great for al fresco dining, but entire outdoors is great for hanging together and chilling while enjoying sunny days or starry nights on fresh air in peaceful environment. The nearest grocery shop is just few minutes’ drive, while many more within short driving distance. Along Kastela’s bay there are many beaches, all within short drive distance. Also, Kastela has a wealth of options for bars and restaurants, and wide range of sporting and leisure activities, too. Moreover, the accommodation has an easy access to the main coastal road and to the motorway, so offers many touring possibilities in the coastal region as well as in the Dalmatian hinterland.
