Group accommodation for 16 people, located in Drenthe just five minutes from the beautiful Dwingelderveld nature reserve. The group accommodation is in the yard of a riding stable. This means you can look around the riding stable, pat the horses and stall your own horse. On request, a riding lesson can be arranged on site with the owner. The riding stable is accessible to guests. You are most welcome to bring your dog to the accommodation. The property is on the ground floor and features a spacious living/dining room with all basic facilities for a pleasant stay. The three bedrooms with box spring beds all have their own en-suite bathroom. A separate bathroom is located next to the fourth bedroom. You'll find adequate parking space at the house. The Dwingelderveld National Park and its surrounds are ideal for beautiful walking and cycling excursions. Dwingelderveld is a unique nature reserve - the largest contiguous wet heathland area in Western Europe. You'll see heathland with ponds, pools, woods and drifting sand. The heath itself is maintained by two flocks of sheep that each have a shepherd. You can also view dolmens in the immediate vicinity and in Borger there is even a museum. A day trip to Giethoorn is another option. If you're on holiday with children, a visit to the Emmen Zoo is recommended. A central location with numerous possibilities for outings.
