One of the bedrooms which is downstairs has a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a shower, and space to put a cot and a high chair. The other bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the main floor. The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, which access from outside and from the terrace. Both have two single beds and the last one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub too. Puerto de Pollença is a peaceful destination and a unique place to enjoy the beach, and the sun, and to learn some history. There is a beach located just 4.5 km from the house, even if we recommend you visit the extraordinary Formentor beach, with crystalline water and a fabulous lookout. Cala de Sant Vicenç is a small urbanisation. In the summer it’s tourist even if the thin sand cove and the blue water are an incomparable place to taste paella next to the sea. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00. - There is an exterior parking space for 3 cars. - Pets are not allowed. - The holding of events is forbidden. - Consult the advertiser for possible charges. -Air conditioning hours: from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Outside these hours a fee must be paid. - Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information.
