The garden has a swing, slide and a small garden shed. Trees (including an apple tree) provide shade in summer. A cosy living/dining area, as well as a bedroom and two further rooms, which can be used as a children's room, study or guest room, are rented out. There is also a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with natural light and a separate guest WC (in the basement). The kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet were newly renovated in 2016. There is a parking space in front of the house. The cellar can also be used by arrangement. Service charges are billed according to consumption.
