The flat is located in a newly built apartment building and is modern, comfortable and cosily furnished. The two large bedrooms have very cosy large box spring beds (180cm wide). In the living room you will find a 50 inch Smart TV with access to your streaming services. Disney + is available here free of charge. For further entertainment, there are a few board games and a small games console (SNES Mini). The main bathroom has a barrier-free shower and a washbasin. You can safely store your bulky items such as prams etc. in a storage room in the flat. There is a free parking space on the premises. Other public ones are located in the adjacent side street. Opposite the accommodation is a large bakery where you can get your fresh bread rolls in the morning. Supermarkets are within walking distance. If you want to explore the Bay of Lübeck, you can use the train station, which is a 6-minute walk away. A bus stops directly at the accommodation and takes you everywhere in Neustadt and the surrounding area.
