Very nice flat, well equipped and ideally located.
MOBILITY LEASE ONLY: To rent this flat, you must be coming to Paris for work, on a professional assignment or as a student. This lease is not suitable for holidays or working remotely. Location: This flat is very well located in the 8th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Champs Elysées. The Place des Ternes is opposite you, the Arc de Triomphe 100 metres away and the Rue Poncelet market, very popular with Parisians for its quality produce, is also 100 metres away. The nearest metro stations are Ternes, Argentine and, of course, Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Numerous bus routes also run nearby. Standing: This flat is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and secure access, as you will have to pass through a code door and then another key door before you can enter the flat. You will pass through an elegant hall before reaching a delightful paved courtyard. The windows overlook this courtyard, which is very quiet and bright. Layout: This large one-bedroom flat has been completely refurbished very recently (Feb 2011). It consists of a large main room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The main room has been divided into two distinct areas, separated by a very pretty adjustable wooden screen. On one side you'll find the 'night' area, with a double bed (140x200), and on the other a 'day' area. On the day side, a convertible sofa provides extra sleeping accommodation for one person (130x200). In this lounge area you can enjoy a flat-screen TV, or use the folding table as a desk or small dining table for two, or fold it out into a large table for four. The entrance hall opens onto a corridor leading to the bathroom, with shower and toilet, and the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. There is further storage space with hanging space next to the folding screen, on the "day" side. This flat can accommodate up to three people. It's very bright and relaxing. The decor is simple but well thought-out. You'll feel more like you're living in a two-room flat than in a studio, with the two living areas quite distinct.
