In a typical village perched on the hills of Monferrato, at the foot of the majestic castle of Montemagno, stands this pretty house almost completely renovated. It is arranged on three levels for a total of about 130 square meters and with a further basement used as a cellar. Going down the typical alleyway, on the right we find the wooden entrance door that opens onto what could be an open space kitchen. Also on the ground floor there is an anteroom and a spacious bathroom. The brick staircase leads to the first floor, very bright, where we find two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one of the two rooms we have a French window with a French balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the village that descends and of the hills behind. The staircase continues to the top floor where there is another room with a balcony, from which the view opens onto the castle and the picturesque panorama of Monferrato. Also on the second floor there is a second attic part that needs to be finished. Montemagno is a village of just over 1,000 inhabitants in Monferrato. The ancient core consists of the triangular shaped village crossed by twelve alleys marked with Roman numerals that connote its identity. At the top of the hill stands the castle, perfectly preserved, which still today dominates the village with its towers, moat and drawbridge. A few km from Asti, you can reach the main centers of Monferrato in a short time through picturesque roads among the famous vineyards. Features: - Balcony
