Today I was in an absolute feel-good apartment. A beautiful terrace apartment in Weiler near Schorndorf. The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building. Here you immediately feel that mainly owners live in the house, the whole complex is well maintained, even from the outside, everything makes a very good impression, you could think you are in front of a new building, in fact it is the year of construction 1994. The garden around the house is well maintained, as is the staircase, the laundry room and the underground car park. There is no maintenance backlog, the apartment alone has 8000 euros in reserves, the building in total 80000 euros. There has always been good management here, unfortunately you don't find that so often.

You feel secure, you are at home, you have arrived, you can put down and take a deep breath. From this beautiful entrance area leads a separate toilet and the bathroom. You have the choice here whether you want to bathe or take a quick shower, both are possible, there are even two sinks and the bathroom is a daylight bath. The highlight of this apartment is certainly the living room with exit to the terrace, it is large in size, a large dining table finds its place. You can sit on the comfortable sofa, watch TV or enjoy the view of the terrace. From the living room you go to the kitchen. It also has a rather square cut, a lot of brightness comes in through the large window, there is a small table in it, which is wonderfully suitable for breakfast coffee. The kitchen is beautifully decorated in warm wood tones with eggshell-colored kitchen cabinets. The second door leads to the bedroom, which is also pampered with a view of the garden.
