Welcome to this splendid home located on the outskirts of Xàbia. It's designed to accommodate four guests, with an option for an additional person. The beautiful outside area counts with lots of green, a 3.5mx7m saltwater pool of 2,1m depth, 3 sun beds, garden furniture, 2 well-furnished porches, a terrace, and a barbeque. The views are marvelous! The 2-storey house measures 190m2 and counts with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower (one on the ground floor and another on the first floor). On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. One extra person may sleep on the sofa couch. The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table, and great views. The spacious independent kitchen works with a hob and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. Also, you will find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. The hilly landscape that surrounds Xàbia has been shaped over the centuries by the influence of the sea and the wind. Its coastline forms a succession of coves and beaches, cliffs, islands, caves, and capes. Its rich natural heritage includes several protected areas: a Natural Park, a Marine Reserve, and 6 micro Flora Reserves. Different hiking routes and viewpoints are offered, to enjoy these areas. Tourist license: ETV/2735 The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival of the owner.
