Superb 75 m² apartment, authentic and bright in the heart of the Golden Triangle with large balcony for 4 people ACCOMMODATION Bright and comfortable 75 m² apartment with air conditioning located in the heart of the famous Golden Triangle of Bordeaux. The bright and spacious living room will welcome you for moments of conviviality, during which you can enjoy a patio and a bright balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, with a large work surface, will allow you to cook like at home, with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster. A bathroom with shower and double sink, as well as 2 bedrooms make up the sleeping area of the apartment. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second has two single beds (90 cm). You will stay in the historic heart of the city of Bordeaux, and will be able to benefit from all the good addresses and places of interest in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A "Minut" noise detector is present on site. CAUTION A bank imprint of 500 euros will be requested as part of the rental.
