You can take other lovely excursions to Les Sables d'Olonne (22 km). It is a lively seaside resort, which is also the most important city on the "light coast" (as it is sometimes called). A little further on is the medieval fortified town of La Rochelle (75 km). Have you always dreamed of staying in a typical Vendée house? That's convenient !
