Welcome to this wonderful country house for 6 people and with a private pool, on the outskirts of Porreres. The rural environment of this Finca is perfect for those who love the countryside and its peace. Beautiful fields surround the wonderful stone building and the private chlorine pool that is 7 x 4 meters and has water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 meters. You'll surely enjoy it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers available. Then, you can enjoy a delicious meal on the covered terrace and have a very nice evening while chatting on the sofa on the porch. The property is not fenced. The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area. Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used. Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor. Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a highchair available.
