From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three has all a closet.
