Beautiful house with a private pool in the marvelous area of Cala Pi, with a capacity for 8 people. At the back of the house, you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which is 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area, we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoying a delicious barbecue, and there is also a relaxing area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbors and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor, we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room that includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area, we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax.
