Located in the beautiful countryside between Nîmes and Montpellier, Calvisson is a traditional small village. With its charming narrow winding streets, open fields, vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. This residence is located on a 21 hectare holiday park just 4 km from Calvisson, where the shops and facilities are located. From the park you have a magnificent view over the surrounding vineyards. The residence is waiting for you with the following facilities; indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool with slide (open from June to the end of September), mini golf, sports fields, petanque and jogging track. This small duplex house can accommodate six people and has an area of about 40-42 m2. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and there are two bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds or a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. The terrace is furnished. You can use the following services: WiFi internet in the bar area, laundry for a fee, parking for a fee with 1 spot per house. You pay for these services on location. Please note that the interior of the accommodation may differ from the photos. The residence is a truly idyllic place for your holidays with family or friends. Nature is combined here with plenty of space and that makes it a wonderful environment for walking and cycling. During your trips you can admire the treasures of the surrounding villages. Rivers, fountains, castles, wine and salt tracks on the roads to Compostelle. The domain is the ideal starting point for countless tours that give you the feeling of eternal wealth. Karting, kayaking or a walk through the historic center of Montpellier with its train are also possible. Other places worth a visit are Calvisson, Nîmes, Glanum, the castle of Baux, Le Jouet and Maison du Boutis. Your holiday accommodation is just four kilometers from Calvisson with shops and accommodations, the residence has a 21-hectare park. with views over the surrounding vineyards. Here you will find a heated indoor swimming pool, an unheated outdoor pool with water slide open from mid-May to mid-September, swimming shorts are not allowed, mini golf for a fee, sports fields, petanque courts, Wi-Fi internet access at the bar, laundry for a fee, a free parking space per house in the open air. Use of the car is advised. You can book a baby kit with bath, bed and booster seat, TV, final cleaning for an additional fee. Fun activities are organized for the children, free day programs and evening entertainment for everyone in July and August, a free children's club from 4-11 years in July and August for 5 half days per week, Adosphere is a free teenagers club for 12-15 years in July and August. You must pay a deposit for apartment and cleaning, on arrival as well as tourist tax. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after the inventory or by post. The accommodation should leave you spotlessly clean, if not, you will only get a part of your deposit back. Pets are allowed for a fee, provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo. The stop is at 7 minutes walking distance from the residence and at Grau du Roi, 150 meters from the beach.
