The apartment itself counts with a private terrace with views on the golf course. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, with a family athmosphere. The apartment is situated on the second floor with elevator. The living-dining area is equipped with air conditioning and counts with a television and a sofa (which can be prepared to sleep on, with two extra persons). If you feel like preparing a homecooked dinner, you will find all necessary utensils in the independent kitchen, including a vitro hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a water boiler, a baby bed and a high chair. The bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bidet. This wetland is home to a wide variety of birds and other animals and guided tours are offered to learn more about this area. The relatively quiet, white, fine sandy beach of Oliva Nova is only 1 km far away.
