The bright living room opens onto a spacious terrace with extra outdoor seating for five guests and a well-maintained private garden area with two sun loungers, a fantastic space to enjoy the sun. On the first floor we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, sink and bidet. The master bedroom is also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and has a balcony with beautiful views over the gardens and sea. The second and third bedrooms also located on the same level are equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. On the second (top) floor we find the last bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, sink and bidet. Please note that there is no door to this bedroom. From the fourth bedroom we walk onto the sunny roof terrace with two sun loungers and beautiful views to the gardens and the sea. The basement has a spacious area with a double bed for an extra two guests however there is no air conditioning and has small windows to the exterior. there is also an additional cloakroom with toilet and sink. From the basement there is access to the underground private garage with space for one car, you may park a second car on the driveway in front of the garage gate. Additional parking is possible on this busy street. There is a second cloakroom next to the property entrance with toilet and hand basin. The lift/elevator is not available for holiday rentals. The property is fully air conditioned and it’s located only 50 meters away from the closest beach at the end of the street. All in all, a fantastic family townhouse with everything you need for a memorable family holiday. The house is located in a quiet seafront urbanisation in Playa Lobon on the western outskirts of Estepona. We recommend a car for this property however Estepona port and the popular Playa del Cristo is only a 20 minute walk away. The closest restaurant is only a kilometre away and you also have the possibility to cross the main motorway (by bridge) to get to the other side. You may will find other restaurants and bars in the port, there is a petrol station close by for snacks and drinks. The closest supermarket would be Aldi and Mercadona, located only two kilometres away.

To access the apartment, you pass through a door from a lovely flowered street and then up a flight of stairs to the apartment front door. This leads directly into the lounge which is complete with kitchenette that provides a small oven, two ring cooking hob and small fridge. A dining area for two and an international TV package including Sky. The bathroom is also accessed from the lounge and has a separate shower, WC and sink. There are some glass terrace doors that open out onto a balcony (which is very small but good for fresh air). To the rear of the lounge are some stairs that go up into the loft-style bedroom area. This is very quaint area and the decor involves plenty of natural wood. There is also plenty of storage space, however, the standing area is a bit limited in some areas in this room since the ceiling is quite low, not recommended for very tall guests nor for the elderly. The air conditioning also serves this area which keeps the area cool and comfortable during the summer months and warm during winter, which has a fair users policy (normal use, not excessive). The apartment is very quiet and rustic in the centre of the town so you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. High speed fibre optic internet and fair use of conditioning are included in the rental price. The apartment is located in a charming typical Spanish street in the middle of Estepona old town. You have plenty of the old traditional Spanish coffee bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow streets with painted white Casetas in the general area. The beach is a short three minute walk through the town. Here you have a long beach with plenty of chiriguitos (beach bars) along the beach. There is a big beach front promenade, which has several playgrounds and shaded seating areas, which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The port is also a popular area which is full of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the port where in summer open air concerts and cinema takes place. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location.
