This park has water on two sides: the Meuse and the recreational lake called "the Esmeer". Upon first stepping into the park you will encounter the fresh smell of grass. But even outside there is plenty of fun and entertainment to be found. For example, there are wonderful cycling and walking routes where you can find true peace while enjoying the beauty of nature. The recreational park aims at quality. This applies to all the amenities and facilities as well. You can moor your boat at one of the piers. The park has paved and lighted pathways. You can keep in touch with friends and family via the wireless internet of the park. Thanks to the pool, and good restaurant facilities (café / bar, snack bar and ice cream), you will not encounter boredom in this park! This beautiful holiday home is furnished in a stylish and modern way and features all the comfort you could expect during your well-earned holiday. In the nice living room, which is very bright thanks to the large windows, you'll find a comfortable seating area, a large flat screen TV and a pleasant dining area for 4 people. Perfect if you want to enjoy a good film in the evening or a nice, long dinner. Would you like to eat at home and cook a nice meal yourself? In the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen you can prepare the most delicious meals. The kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. This very complete holiday home is suitable for 4 people and features two bedrooms (one of which with a bunk bed). The holiday home also has a modern bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. The garden doors will bring you to the beautiful terrace . It features a comfortable dining area and parasol, so that you can enjoy eating outside if the weather is nice. Our holiday homes are smoke-free, feature WiFi and of course you can also park your car at the accommodation. There might be minor design differences, but they have the same layout and are equipped in the same way. Enjoy the beautiful Betuwe landscape with its numerous sights. In the heart of the Betuwe there is a large, octagonal 200-year-old mill called "The Swallow". Meet the miller on a visit to this nostalgic mill. Meanwhile, children can enjoy their holiday on the playground and at the petting zoo. Many waterways flow along. It is surrounded by villages rich in history and a beautiful nature. Whe you arrive at the marina of Aalst on the Afgedamde Maas (a distributary of the Meuse River), you will see a real village scene with houses, trees and an old white church which really stands out. Once ashore you will at some point come to the old moat that was formerly a par to a castle with an interesting history. Before proceeding to the picturesque village of Aalst, enjoy a drink at one of the cozy terraces in the area. One moment you are in Gelderland, the next moment you are in Brabant and speaking with a soft "g." Via the nearby ferry you can sail to the Burgundian Brabant. Near the park you’ll find the recreational lake called “the Esmeer”, a wonderful place if you like fishing, surfing, swimming and other water sports. Adjacent to the park there is the great recreational area of “the Neswaarden”. Here you will find a grassy field, playground and a large swimming pool with a separate swimming area for children. In their own way, toddlers will thank you for an aquatic holiday. In the vicinity you will also want to visit: the Efteling, the Beekse Bergen, Loevestein Castle in Poederoijen, Hoppie’s Dooltuinen, City Safari (explore den Bosch), a unique cruise with the Rederij Wolthuis cruiseline, Piet Plezier, Happy View tea gardens in Maurik, the Zwaluw windmill in Kesteren, and the golf course of Batuwe in Zoelen. From 1 January 2019 business bookings are not allowed. - There is a pin machine at the reception. It is possible to pay with a credit card. - Tickets of € 100.00, € 200.00 and € 500.00 are not accepted at the park. - We request that you state your reservation number in any correspondence. - The deposit must be paid on arrival by direct debit only. - There is no bed linen for the present child's bed. We request that you bring this yourself. - Bed linen is mandatory to rent, bed making service is included. - For a stay longer than one week, 3 Euro waste contribution must be paid locally for the extra period per week or part thereof. - We cannot take any responsibility for lost property, damage to property or personal injury sustained during your stay in the park. - Pets are welcome, but on request because not all accommodations are suitable for pets. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Cats are not allowed in the accommodations. - A number of houses within the type of house shown here may have additional facilities. While booking this type of home you will have the option to book (some of these) extra facilities. The preferred / essential costs are € 25, - once. - Late check out (until 4 p.m., ON REQUEST) costs 50 euros, this must be arranged at the reception at the park. - Bring your own bath linen and kitchen linen or rent it at the park (you can specify rent when booking). There is free WIFI available for 4 devices. The prices and availability shown are received via an automated system. It may be that changes are made in the time between 2 updates.
