The interior of the residence uses wood and traditionally carved stonework, blending both old and new styles. Designed with your comfort in mind, warm colours have been used to give the interior a chalet feel, making the accommodation inviting and cosy. Whenever you want a relaxing break, head to the sauna and hammam in our wellness centre. Then you can continue your relaxation in our Deep Nature® spa. Situated in Upper Savoy, Avoriaz is a pedestrian ski resort, where cars have been replaced by horse-drawn sleighs throughout winter. The resort offers a range of on-piste and off-piste activities allowing you the freedom to do what you want during your ski holiday. Overlooking Morzine, Avoriaz' state-of-the-art infrastructure has become a favourite holiday ski destination with all residences benefiting from ski-in/ski-out locations. Important information: Unfortunately, we have to bring the following matter to your attention. Following regular technical visits to our premium residence, we noticed a weakness in the balcony railings. This could present a risk for the safety of our customers and being unable to carry out a repair before the start of the Winter season it has been decided to exercise caution and close all balcony access. As a result, customers will not be able to access the balcony of the accommodation during the entire duration of their stay. The windows will be secured with a mechanism that will allow restricted opening, enough for fresh air to get in, if required, but preventing access to the balconies.
