A double-story house was built in the 1890s lie in the village of about 20 houses and has been tastefully restored and furnished by the present owner. Situated amid the Sanas forest, the site is sloping down towards the east with views across fields and woodlands. In Objat, you can have a fun recreational session of cycling, swimming pool with slide, canoeing. A day shopping in Brive and Perigueux will be enjoyable. Limoges is known for its porcelain factories. Cycling in the hilly terrain is refreshing and there are many well-signed walks in the area. There is a laundry outbuilding and a large barn with several fruit trees in the garden (parking is in the garden). 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single beds), a shower room and a bathroom plus a large living/kitchen/dining area is available. The south side of the house has a wooden terrace usable for dining-out and sunbathing.
