This fantastic house boasts such a wonderful, joyful, and well-cared terrace that it becomes the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The covered space is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to cook succulent recipes on the BBQ. Next, you find an artificial lawn area that invites you to bask in the sun on the 2 sun loungers or to read a book beneath the awning. Inside, you can enjoy your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV in the airy living - dining room. You can also use the pellet stove when it's cold outside. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook. From here, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. This ground floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
