Situated in close proximity to Massa Lubrense and only 1 km from the quaint village of Termini, this charming villa, accommodating up to 4 guests, is strategically located for exploring the less-traveled areas of the Sorrento peninsula. Termini offers breathtaking views of Capri and is adjacent to the Punta Campanella nature reserve, accessible via the historic Via Minerva. The focal point of the village is the main square, Piazza Santa Croce di Termini, boasting iconic views of Capri and hosting various amenities, including restaurants, bars, and public transport to Sorrento. Villa Bacco's garden is adorned with olive trees, vibrant plants, and flowers, creating a delightful environment with extraordinary views of Capri. Enjoy the panoramic vista from the pool terrace, featuring a compact pool (2 x 5 m and 2.5 m deep) with jacuzzi jets, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a sunbathing space partially shaded by a bamboo awning. Steps lead from this terrace to the main terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a wood-fired pizza oven. Access to the villa is via a narrow road, making a small/medium-sized car advisable. A car is indispensable, and due to some steep sections of the road leading to the villa, a high-performance car is recommended. This small consideration is a worthwhile trade-off for unforgettable views and complete privacy. The villa is suitable for 4 people and has an area of 80 m2. The furnishings are simple and rustic. On the ground floor, there is an open space with a living room, equipped with a sofa and a table for six, and a kitchen.
